The audit of Fringe Finance’s smart contract was conducted Iteratively over several months, from August 2023 to February 2024, underscoring the depth and thoroughness of the evaluation process. The objective was clear: to identify potential security issues within the smart contracts and to ensure the logic behind these contracts was sound and secure. Following the audit, Fringe Finance acted on HashEx’s recommendations, updating our code and reinforcing the platform’s security posture​​.

HashEx’s findings were encouraging, with the final report highlighting the resolution of critical issues and an overall assessment that attested to the well-built and secure nature of the Fringe Finance v2 platform. Specifically, the audit uncovered 23 issues, including 2 critical and 11 low-severity concerns. Our proactive response led to the resolution of these critical issues and the majority of the lower-severity ones, showcasing our commitment to platform security and user trust​​.
